Ouverture des travaux de la Grande Commission Mixte de Coopération entre la Guinée et le Mali

Leurs Excellences Dr Morissanda KOUYATÉ, Ministre des Affaires Étrangères, de la Coopération Internationale, de l’Intégration Africaine et des Guinéens de l’Étranger, Co- président, chef de la délégation guinéenne et Monsieur Abdoulaye DIOP, Ministre des Affaires Étrangères et de la Coopération Internationale, Co-président, chef de la délégation malienne ont procédé ce mercredi matin au lancement des travaux de la Commission mixte entre les deux pays.
Dans son intervention, le Chef de la délégation malienne a, au nom de son Président remercié les autorités guinéennes pour l’accueil chaleureux qui a été réservé à sa délégation et l’hospitalité dont la Guinée a toujours fait montre à l’endroit de ses frères et sœurs maliens. Il a transmis le message d’amitié, de fraternité, de coopération et du vivre ensemble du Colonel Assimi GOITA, Président de la Transition malienne. Il a rappelé les liens historiques d’amitié et de coopération existant entre les deux pays.
Enfin, il a exhorté les experts à faire des propositions concrètes et réalistes dans tous les secteurs d’intérêt commun en vue de hisser les relations bilatérales guineo-maliennes.
Pour sa part, le Chef de la diplomatie guinéenne Dr Morissanda KOUYATÉ, au nom du Président de la Transition, a souhaité une cordiale bienvenue et un agréable séjour en terre africaine de Guinée, à la délégation malienne. Il a indiqué que « la Guinée est honorée d’abriter cette neuvième Session de la Grande Commission Mixte dont la tenue prouve à suffisance la volonté manifeste des hautes autorités des deux Peuples amis et frères, à maintenir, renforcer et diversifier davantage les liens historiques d’amitié et de coopération existant entre les deux pays ». Il a rappelé que la Guinée et le Mali ont toujours entretenu de bonnes relations d’amitié, de fraternité et de bon voisinage, fondées sur des principes de solidarité naturelle et de respect mutuel. Les Chefs d’Etat qui se sont succédé à la tête des deux pays ont toujours agi dans le sens de la pacification des relations entre les deux Etats.

Son Excellence Monsieur le Ministre a souligné que le Gouvernement guinéen apprécie hautement le volume global des exportations maliennes à destination de la Guinée et vice-versa. Les échanges commerciaux, la mise en place d’initiatives nouvelles entre les deux pays présentent aussi une inestimable marge de progression.

Le Chef de la délégation guinéenne a signalé que cette session doit permettre d’évaluer les conclusions et les recommandations de celle de Bamako en 2017, en vue de prendre de nouvelles mesures en faveur du développement tout en renforçant les activités de coopération et de sécurité entre les deux pays. Sur ces mots, il a déclaré ouverts les travaux de la 9ème Session de la Grande Commission Mixte entre la République du Mali et la République de Guinée.
