Le diplomate guinéen dit être venu sacrifier à une tradition et exprimer sa disponibilité à travailler de manière concertée pour la réussite de sa mission. Les deux diplomates ont saisi l’occasion pour échanger sur des sujets de préoccupation relatifs à leurs différents pays.
